Founded in 1998 by Ken Taylor and Jason Tirado with the backing of an experienced team packing business savvy and intellectual property know how, Marksmen has inexorably become a worldwide leader in IP investigations, acquisitions and other brand monitoring and protection services. Marksmen keeps vigilance the world over for IP infringement from offices in Los Angeles, CA and Research Triangle Park, NC, along with alliance partners and strategic field assets all over the planet.

Our rapid growth and the continuing trust placed in us by those needing trademark clearance and enforcement, patent litigation support, anonymous IP acquisitions, and online brand monitoring is due to our industry expertise, proprietary techniques, a certain charm and effective use of technology.
