The Conference, which runs from January 4th-8th, will encompass a broad range of speakers and topics from the IP field including “Fair Use in Copyright, Publicity, and TM Litigation,” “Cracking the Counterfeit Conundrum,” and “Inequitable Conduct” to name a few. Ken will be speaking on “Private Investigations in the Digital Age: Practical Tips and Ethical Constraints.” Ken currently is a member and has participated in several conferences including the International Trademark Association, Marques, and the International Anti-Counterfeiting Association among others.
