Glendale, CA (August 31, 2006) – Marksmen announced today that the company has successfully conducted more than 45,000 intellectual property (IP) investigations, including trademark in-use and infringement investigations, patent litigation support (patent marking, on-sale bar and third party infringement investigations) as well as a variety of copyright and Internet cases.
