Glendale, CA (May 7th, 2008) – Ken Taylor, founder and CEO of Marksmen, an international IP protection and investigative firm, was the guest speaker at the CLE luncheon for the Alabama State Bar Intellectual Property Section. Balch & Bingham LLP hosted the luncheon on best practices for IP investigations.

Mr. Taylor spoke on the ethical concerns related to pretext investigations and presented relevant case law and best practice tips.

All members of the Alabama IP Section were invited and over 50 attended (including Judge J. Scott Vowell, Chief Judge of the Tenth Judicial Circuit), making it the best attended such event in the Alabama IP Section's 10-year history.
