KEN TAYLOR, FOUNDER AND CEO OF MARKSMEN, SPEAKS AT INTA’S IN-HOUSE TRADEMARK COUNSEL WORKSHOP.

Glendale, CA (February 25th, 2008) – Ken Taylor, founder and CEO of Marksmen, an international IP protection and investigative firm, was a speaker at INTA’s In-House Trademark Counsel Workshop at the Marriott Crystal City in Arlington, VA. Ken spoke on the "Best In-House Practices and Approaches to Pretext Investigations" to a crowd of attendees that consisted of INTA corporate trademarks owners and non-member in-house counsel. He was the only non in-house trademark counsel allowed to participate in the closed event.

In addition to speaking at INTA, Ken Taylor has spoken on ethics and pretext investigations at CAPA, AIPLA, IPO, MARQUES and various IP conferences worldwide, and regularly gives presentations to law firms and corporations in their offices for CLE credit. Ken brings with him his vast experience in brand protection services worldwide and is currently Chair of the Marques Membership Team, a member of the INTA Bulletin committee, the Intellectual Property Constituency of ICANN, the International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition and the Triangle Intellectual Property Association. He is also a licensed private investigator in California and North Carolina.
