Procurement of Product Samples/Literature/Photographs

We are often able to obtain brochures, business cards or letterhead and other company or product literature displaying use of the mark in question, sample products and/or photographs of signage or business location(s). Please make sure to specify ahead of time that such items are requested.

Business/Individual Profiles

We can search specific databases for corporate information including UCC filings, professional licensing, bankruptcies, liens and judgments as well as court filings and asset searches.

We offer a similar search for an individual revealing real property ownership, present and past addresses, current names and numbers of neighbors, possibly social security numbers, date of birth and/or driver's license, as well as bankruptcies, assets, etc.

Trademark and Domain Name Valuations

Our appraisals are based on proprietary databases, online resources, valuation models as well as our expertise in the industry. We offer valuations as a stand-alone service or at a discount if we negotiate the sale/purchase of a trademark or domain name.

We search archived Whois records, cross-referenced with other proprietary databases to assist in establishing bad faith required by UDRP filings.
